Proverbs 17:22 “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine; but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”

This has been a really bad season for allergies. Everyone I know is sneezing. I went to the pharmacy the other day to get my husband something for his allergies, and most of these medications were sold out.

We have a medicine for our spiritual ails; it’s a merry heart. Our prescription? Make a list of all the things the Lord has done for us. We soon will be happy over the wonderful gifts we have through Jesus Christ. Our merry heart will work like a medicine in our lives.
